In these participatory sessions we'll focus on Creativity expressed through any type of writing you enjoy (journal, memoir, biography, short story, poetry, longer fiction, other).

Together we will examine: Inspiration – Discovering our authentic voice – Developing stamina – Completing work within a realistic, self-imposed deadline – sharing our writings more widely; and, very importantly giving and accepting support as we keep going to the finishing line.

Participants will need to be able to write using pen and paper. They will be taught a simple 'automatic' writing technique to explore their creative interests and needs in a safe environment.
