We discuss current affairs with a focus on a UK issue as well as an international issue at each meeting.  Members take it in turn to lead off the discussion on a topic of interest to them.. We are non-party-political but aim to look at factors influencing events and likely outcomes. Members discuss in a calm atmosphere. No ranting is allowed!  Preparatory articles and programmes may be suggested.  Occasionally the meeting is given over to an invited visiting speaker, and we are hoping to schedule group visits to places of political interest.
