Venue: The Plough, Lordship Lane

At our meetings we discuss and debate issues that impact on women in the 21st century. We focus on all aspects, health, education, law, benefits, taxation, culture, arts, film, politics. We have debated these issues from the standpoint of individual women, historically or living, or a news story or a book or exhibition. Members are asked to bring a contribution either from their own experience or from research. The programme is designed around the interests of the group members following a discussion. Each month we have a wide range of contributions from a range of viewpoints. This is a welcoming and inclusive group.
